Foundation for Ecological Security (FES) was set up in 2001 by evolving from the National Tree Growers Cooperative Federation (NTGCF) with new approach for ecological restoration in the country. They are currently working in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarath and Uttaranchal.

Rajiv Gandhi College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAGACOVAS), Pudecherry  

The Pondicherry Veterinary College which was later on rechristened as Rajiv Gandhi College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (RAGACOVAS) was formally inaugurated on 14th of October, 1994. They are responsible for veterinary education and research in four regions of Pondicherry i.e., Mahe, Yanam, Karaikkal and Pondicherry. Though the primary mandate is to teach graduate and post-graduate level animal husbandry courses, they are involved in research activities concerning their subjects.

Watershed Orgazation Trust (WOTR), Ahmadnagar, Maharashtra, India
The Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR) was established in December, 1993 as a support organization primarily to respond to the needs expressed by partners in the Indo-German Watershed Development Programme (IGWDP). They provide technical support for Village Self Help Groups (VSHGs) and NGOs in implementing watershed development projects. Their activities are focused in Maharastra but they are spreading to Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Nigeria
Sasakawa Global 2000 (SG2000), KNARDA Building, Hadejia Road, PO Box 5190, Kano

SG 2000 is a joint venture of two organizations - the Sasakawa Africa Association (SAA) and the Carter Centre�s Global 2000 Programme. Both organisations are international non-governmental and non-profit organizations. Its main objective is to work with National Extension Services in various countries of Sub-Saharan Africa to demonstrate improved food production and post-harvest technology to small-scale and emergent commercial farmers. Currently SG 2000 operates in Benin, Burkina Faso, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda. However, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Uganda and Mali are considered as �Focus Countries� for the programme. Previously SG 2000 operated in Sudan, Togo and Zambia.
